Greatest Disney Stars Of All-Time

No comments :

1 The Jonas Brothers

Joe, Kevin and Nick made a name for themselves in the "Camp Rock" series which turned them into serious musicians worthy of a Grammy nomination. Releasing four albums in four years, the Jonas Brothers have stolen hearts and sold more than 8 million records worldwide.

2 Shia LaBeouf

It's hard to imagine that Shia was indeed a former Disney star after his major theatrical roles in the past half-decade, but he was a major contributor to the company with projects such as the film "Holes" and the unforgettable "Even Stevens". Yes, Shia was indeed Louis Stevens!

 3 Vanessa Hudgens

Another core part of the "High School Musical" series, Hudgens is also often remembered for her off-screen relationship with fellow co-star Zac Efron. Outside of the Walt Disney landscape, Vanessa has promoted Neutrogena, Best Buddies International, the Special Olympics and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation!

4 Dylan And Cole Sprouse

The Sprouse twins got their start in the 1999 theatrical film "Big Daddy" which surprisingly was enough to propel them into the world of "The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody". Nominated for three Emmy Awards, the Sprouses made the show an instant Disney Channel hit with 4 million viewers for its premiere.

5 Zac Efron

Declared by Rolling Stone to be the "poster boy for tweenyboppers", Efron is a familiar face with Disney because of his multi-talented career that blended music with television. Plus, wasn't he just everyone's favorite character in "High School Musical"?

6 Ashley Tisdale

Finally moving on to more serious roles in Hollywood, Ashley Tisdale is Disney's most comprehensive actress. Not only has she appeared in "The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody" and "High School Musical", but she also lent her voice to the animated show "Phineas & Ferb".

7 Hilary Duff

Before Gomez and Lovato, Disney's television princess was the one and only Hilary Duff who's sitcom "Lizzie McGuire" was a major hit. Some producers are still scratching their head over the merchandising aspect of the show (books, dolls, Happy Meal toys) because in reality, it only lasted two seasons!

8 Demi Lovato

Lovato may be on "The X Factor" these days but her roots are tied tightly to good ol' Walt as her breakout in 2008 with "Camp Rock" and her debut album "Don't Forget" made her instantly lovable. Compared to other stars, she had an edgier look and role which held some significance in helping kids fight social issues.

9 Miley Cyrus

If it wasn't for her recent one-way ticket out of the Disney world, Miley would be at the top of this list and it's quite frankly because of two words: Hannah Montana. Her role as a teen with a double life skyrocketed her to stardom, but the star has taken a different path since then.

10 Selena Gomez

Taking the world by storm in the late 2000s' with "Another Cinderella Story", "Ramona And Beezus" and her famous role as Alex Russo (plus a music career) the 20-year-old still has a lot to prove. It's no surprise that she's become a media darling.
